Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom-order dresses are non-refundable. All sales are final on custom-order dresses.

3D Printed items can be returned if they arrive broken. If you receive a broken 3D printed item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will arrange for a replacement of the same item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
